Main Goal

UX audit and optimization for a leading digital assistant dedicated to epilepsy management, bridging the gap between patients and neurologists.

Methods

The mission involved a deep-dive audit of the existing mobile application to refine the user journey. The focus was placed on the critical 'event logging' process (seizures, medication, and appointments) to ensure data entry is as intuitive as possible for patients. In addition to the UX overhaul, a visual 'facelift' was proposed to modernize the interface while maintaining the clarity required for medical use.
