Main Goal

Architecting a high-performance SaaS ecosystem for the automotive tuning industry leader, bridging complex binary data management with a premium user experience.

Methods

This project focused on the complete UI/UX overhaul of the AutoTuner web platform, centralizing file exchanges, customer relations, and vehicle diagnostics. To solve the challenge of scalability across their growing suite of tools, I spearheaded the creation of a robust Design System. Built with Svelte and documented via Storybook, this component library allowed for a seamless integration into the Symfony backend. The result is a unified, developer-friendly environment that ensures visual consistency while significantly reducing front-end production time for new features.
